TMK has introduced this page to allow businesses to view expressions of interest (EOIs) for goods and / or services required by TMK from time to time, and to allow eligible businesses (ie. those that have completed the registration process) to submit responses to those EOIs.

TMK will decide, in its absolute discretion, which businesses that have responded to an EOI will be invited to respond to a Request Document issued by TMK for the supply of goods/services that it requires (which may be through a request for information (RFI), a request for proposal (RFP), a request for tender (RFT) a request for quote (RFQ) or any other form of request document issued by TMK).

Responding to an EOI does not guarantee that TMK will invite you to respond to a Request Document or that TMK will ultimately issue you with a Purchase Order or enter into a Contract with you. TMK reserves its absolute discretion in respect of these matters and will have no liability to you as a result of any decision to award or not award a contract to you
