Awarded Prospecting Agreement for Gurvantes XXXV Project
Telmen Energy Limited (Telmen Energy)(now a subsidiary to TMK Energy Limited) successfully awarded prospecting agreement for the Gurvantes XXXV Coal Seam Gas Project located in the South Gobi Desert in Mongolia.
US$5M Farm-out Agreement Signed with Talon Energy Limited
Telmen Energy executed a farmout agreement with Talon Energy Limited (ASX:TPD) to fund the initial two stages of exploration. Talon will earn a 33% interest in the Gurvantes XXXV CSG Project if it fulfills its obligations under the farmout agreement.

Exploration Contract Awarded for 15 Year Term
Gurvantes xxxv Project Acquired by TMK Energy Limited
On 15th February 2022 TMK Energy Limited (formally Tamaska Oil and Gas) successfully acquired Telmen Energy Limited, and its 100% interest in the Gurvantes XXXV CSG Project.
The acquisition saw the appointment of Mr Brendan Stats as Chief Executive Officer of TMK.
Maiden Drill Program Commences in Mongolia
TMK’s high impact maiden drilling program commenced at the Gurvantes XXXV CSG Project in the South Gobi Basin of Mongolia. The drilling program was designed to test the prospectivity of the Project by exploring for coal seams which will be sampled and tested, to provide important data on the gas and reservoir characteristics.
The first of seven drill holes, named Snow Leopard-1 was spudded on 15th March 2022.
TMK Announces Gassy Coal Intersect
Testing Confirms High Permeability
With Snow Leopard-2 (”SL-2”), the second of four exploration drill holes now completed at the Gurvantes XXXV CSG Project, TMK announced high permeability confirmed over 70 meters of gassy coal intersected in the upper coal seam of SL-2.
Detailed analysis of data collected at SL-2 show high gas contents over a shallow thick coal interval which validated the prospectivity of the Project.
TMK Announces Excellent Drill Results with High Gas Content Confirmed
TMK announced excellent final gas results for SL-2 and SL-3 wells with high gas contents confirmed at shallow depths. Additionally SL-1 sample testing has confirmed high gas saturation as high as 84%.
A second drilling contract was appointed and on location to accelerate the completion of the Stage 1 Exploration Program, which is estimated to be completed in late September 2022.
Stage 1 Exploration Program Completed
1.2 TCF Maiden Contingent Gas Resource (2C) Independently Certified
TMK delivered its maiden independently assessed Contingent Resource estimate, together with an updated Prospective Resource estimate, for the Nariin Sukhait prospect area within the Gurvantes XXXV Coal Seam Gas (CSG) Project.
Drill Contract Awarded for Pilot Well Program
TMK announced that it signed a drilling contract with the Mongolian operating subsidiary of the Major Drilling Group – a large international Canadian based drilling company – for TMK’s maiden Pilot Well Program.
Drilling operations are scheduled to commence in April 2023.
Pilot Well Program Officially Spudded
Following the mobilisation of the drilling rig contracted from Major Drilling, TMK officially spudded the first of three production pilot wells on 12th April 2023 as part of the 2023 Pilot Well Program.
